Asma Weitra – Great Place to Work® Award ceremony

On May 20th, Great Place to Work® awarded 40 companies with the award “Austria’s Best Employer 2021”. Asma Weitra was one of the prizewinners.

All asma employees were able to take part in the award ceremony via the ProSiebenSat.1 PULS 4 Group live stream. The TV broadcast will take place on May 27th on TV on Puls 24. “Great Place to Work® stands for employee-oriented employer standards. As an independent, internationally active research and consulting network in almost 60 countries around the world, the Great Place to Work® institution is characterized by great professionalism, „says asma company owner and managing director Claudia Steininger, responsible for human resources, about the award and the good cooperation. Asma was one of the winners as early as 2017.

An anonymous employee survey and an audit of the personnel culture determine the quality level of the corporate culture. Great Place to Work® publishes the list of “Austria’s Best Employers” every year from those certified companies that have received particularly good references from their employees. Asma has been collecting the opinion of the workforce every two years for many years. 2017 for the first time through Great Place to Work®
