The present data privacy principles describe how Asma GmbH (hereinafter „Asma“) on the website „polyurethane.at“ or its other websites collects, manages, and uses data about persons visiting these websites. These principles do not apply to websites of third parties to which the present website or other Asma websites are linked.
Moreover, please note that Asma will, in case of any modification of its services or with regard to legislative amendments, from time to time change, amend, extend, remove, or update in another suitable way these data privacy principles. Asma follows the legal requirements for the protection of personal data, such as the EU Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Law 2000. Personal data are data such as for instance: name, date of birth, e-mail or postal address, or phone number, i.e. data serving to identify a person. Generally speaking, we process personal data exclusively according to the Data Protection Regulation. The following paragraph explains how and when Asma collects personal data. Incidentally, we may be obliged within the scope of applicable law to further process data in order to support legal or governmental investigations.
Intended use of personal data
Most of the internet services provided by Asma can be visited without personal registration or disclosure of a person’s identity. In connection with certain services, however, we will ask for your name, a user name, and if necessary, further personal information. You will then
decide freely whether you want to supply such information. However, if you do not provide the necessary information, Asma cannot render the service desired and cannot handle your eventual requests.

Privacy of personal data
Except for the situations described in the present data privacy principles Asma will not disclose your personal data to third parties. Within the scope of applicable law personal data may be disclosed to other companies within the Asma group in foreign countries, who then are obliged to handle those personal data in compliance with the present data privacy principles. Personal data may also be disclosed to third parties acting on behalf and in the name of Asma, in order to process those personal data according to the purpose for which the personal data were originally collected, for instance the delivery of services, analysis of our website’s user-friendliness, marketing, data processing, or any kind of technical support. These third parties are bound by contract with Asma as per the so-called „commissioned data processing“ and therefore must not disclose personal data to any further third parties without our explicit prior consent; they may disclose your personal data only insofar as we have agreed to the disclosure in compliance with applicable law, or if legal regulations require the disclosure to third parties to fulfill applicable law.
Your personal data may also be disclosed to third parties if a business unit or parts of a business unit is/are sold, conveyed or transferred together with the pertinent customer-related data. In such a case we would, before closing the deal, contractually oblige the buyer or the overtaking party, resp., to handle any personal data in compliance with the present data privacy principles. Right to discovery, correction, and deletion
Asma strives to make sure that all personal data recorded are always correct, up-to-date and reliable with regard to the purpose they are intended for. We offer you the possibility to object to the processing of your personal data insofar as the legal regulations allow you to object.
