Asma polyurethane products range from rollers & wheels to technical coatings and moulded parts to special applications

Since Polyurethane elastomers are quite similar to rubber in use and processing, their technical terms were also adopted in the language of PUR processing.

Nevertheless, Polyurethane is moulded in its liquid form, most commonly without additional pressure, at temperatures ranging from 30 to 120°C.

To be more precise, the act of rubberising or vulcanising is the coating with rubber. The chemical crosslink reaction is also known as “Vulcanising”, which is a chemical reaction in an autoclave executed under high pressure, elevated temperatures and superheated steam.
