The Audit “Job and Family” is an important management instrument for companies, which want to improve the reconciliation of work and family life. Asma GmbH was awarded with the public certification mark for family friendliness in 2011. We care for a good balance between job and family life and want to facilitate certain aspects whether these concern childcare or other relatives dependent on care. At the moment, a team of twelve, a mix of people from many different departments, works at the realisation of certain goals. We always try to increase the number of possibilities for our employees or to implement new ideas. Apart from the classic “healthy snack” and other events planned by the company, employees appreciate the flexible working hours model. Training, further education and apprenticeship are important at asma. Internal and external training courses as well as offers from a qualification network, which we have been part of for many years now, are used very often.
